I returned my car around 3:30pm today. Jonathan took care of the return. The process was quick and easy. He was very helpful and friendly. He showed his professionalism and efficiency. The whole team in this enterprise location is wonderful. Car was very clean inside and outside, didn't wait for more than 1 min when I picked up or return the car. Highly recommended!
This enterprise location has outstanding staff. Small office and parking, not many cars on-site. However, the team make it possible. We picked up our car around 10:20am today(Halloween), the two guys in the office were efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly.The carr we got was clean. They have 4.5 star review as of 10/31 which is good for a car rental company, their reviews could have been higher because a lot of bad reviews were from some 6 years ago, different management team I think. Highly recommended!
Great experience with this location. They’re busy, but moved along efficiently and everyone was super nice. When I dropped the car off I was in a bit of a time crunch and arrived a few minutes after closing, Yousef popped up right away to process return of the vehicle and had me on my way in minutes. Would absolutely rent from here again.
Rented a car here last week through my insurance, which can be a headache. The staff here is very friendly and made it a quick, seamless process (I was helped by Jonathan & Yousef). The selection at this location can be a bit limited at times, but Yousef was so nice and patient and helped me find a car I was comfortable driving. Would definitely recommend and would come back here if I need another rental car!
After not being able find a rental at the Oakland location, I called the Berkeley location and they were able to help and get me into a car immediately. They were friendly, professional and prompt. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for great service, and will be my first choice for my rental car needs in the future. Thanks Yousef!
Excellent experience working with Yousef at this Enterprise location for a rental car via insurance. Yousef and his team are professional, kind, and efficient in their process. The only negative at this location is the hours are not as extensive as some other local Enterprise locations. However, given the excellent service, I would absolutely return here for any rental car needs. 10/10
Worked with Armando and Youssef who helped me get a rental via my insurance company, which I ended up using for a few weeks until my car was repaired. Everyone at this location is super professional, kind, and helpful, and I would definitely go back myself and recommend to others!
This Enterprise in Berkeley is the best I have rented cars from. The manager, Yousef Nasser, is wonderful to work with. He is very professional works hard to find me the right car!
